Did you know that over 50% of beginning teachers leave the profession within the first five years of teaching? The need to support and retain beginning music teachers throughout all stages of their development as educators is more important than ever.

As a specialist in music teacher mentoring and induction, I work with schools, districts and organizations to build mentoring and induction programs that meet the specific needs of beginning music teachers through the lens of equity. I also do 1-1 and group mentoring and coaching for early career music teachers.
